ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) is one of the acute coronary syndromes that requires intensive treatment. In addition to physiological problems, STEMI patients also often experience sleep disturbances due to pain, anxiety, and a less conducive care environment. Poor sleep can worsen clinical conditions, increase the risk of complications, and hinder the healing process. Nonpharmacological interventions such as warm foot baths and lavender aromatherapy have been shown to be effective in improving relaxation and sleep quality. This nursing care aims to obtain a description of nursing care by providing combined therapy of warm water foot soak and lavender aromatherapy for STEMI patients with sleep disorders in the CVCU room of Arifin Achmad Hospital Pekanbaru. The method used is a case study on the patient Mr. S for 3 days with an evaluation of sleep quality. S for 3 days with sleep quality evaluation using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). The result of this nursing care is that the patient's PSQI score decreased from 10 (poor sleep quality) to 5 (good sleep quality). This shows that warm water foot bath therapy and lavender aromatherapy can improve the patient's sleep quality. It is expected that patients apply warm water foot soak therapy and lavender aromatherapy if they experience sleep quality disorders.
